Victoria’s caravan parks continue to shine in guest experience reviews

Published on 07 October 2025

The association is super proud of member performance in the latest ReviewPro Reputation Report for Victorian caravan parks (July – September 2025). The report confirms guest satisfaction continuing to rise across the state and outperforming the national average.

Victoria recorded a +0.4% increase in its Global Review Index (GRI) for the year ending September, reaching 87.5% – comfortably above the national average of 86.2%.

This improvement was matched by a 14% increase in review volume, reflecting both stronger guest engagement and growing exposure for Victorian parks.

As Jack Trainor from Booking.com highlighted during the CRPVic Conference in August, “guest reviews are digital currency, digital word of mouth that our guests provide us to help shape our businesses and the experiences we deliver.”

He noted that 81% of Booking.com users rely on guest reviews when selecting accommodation, adding that while value remains important, travellers increasingly look for authentic guest experiences and unique stays.

Congratulations to members across Victoria for another outstanding quarter of guest feedback and continued customer experience excellence.
