The safety conversation in tourist and residential parks has traditionally focused on physical hazards, slips, trips, manual handling and equipment. But from December 2025, Victorian legislation requires park operators to actively manage psychosocial hazards in the workplace. These are part of your WHS obligations.

What does this mean for tourist and residential park operators?

Join Carmel Brown from our fabulous Industry Associate Member, The Proven Group, in this practical 45-minute webinar as she breaks down the new framework in clear language, explain what WorkSafe expects and outline simple steps you can take now to reduce risk.

Carmel will cover real-world scenarios including staff conflict, customer aggression and workload pressures, as well as what your obligations are as an operator.

If you run or manage a tourist or residential park in Victoria, and you are not as familiar with these obligations, this is a session you really should attend.
